Our team handles construction and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, Macau, China and worldwide. We act for a wide range of clients in the construction industry including developers, architects, suppliers, landowners, public bodies, contractors, sub-contractors, engineers and surveyors in relation to both contentious and non-contentious construction matters.
We advise clients on multi-billion dollar disputes arising out of public, MTRC and Airport Authority projects and drafted the main contracts for West Kowloon Cultural District, Kai Tak Sports Park projects, Macau casino and hotel projects.
