Gilbert Kwok
Gilbert has almost 30 years of experience in handling all sorts of construction disputes and has handled numerous arbitration, litigation and mediation cases since 1991.
He is also highly experienced in drafting and advising on construction contracts, consultancy agreements and supply contracts relating to a wide range of construction projects in a number of cities such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Macau.
Gilbert is also a qualified quantity surveyor and Fellow, Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and Past Chairman, the Quantity Surveying Division of HKIS. He has advised a few construction professional organisations in the region.
He served as the president of the Rotary Club of Peninsula from July 2017 – June 2019.
